For Usha Miyan, mother of a 4-year-old allergic to dust and pollution, the concern started with rising poor air quality in Delhi NCR.  “We cannot control ourselves from moving out but can definitely make a wise selection of homes where we spend most of our time. Therefore, I am looking for a home in a green and safe area in Noida for an end-use,” says Miyan.

Nitesh Himani, local broker active in Noida Extension says, “Fresh air is vital for survival and living considering the increase in the air pollution level. This is leading to several health disorders. The situation has worsened in the capital as it is the worst hit by crowd and vehicles.”

As per the data with Magicbricks, average capital values in Noida Extension are from Rs 3,050 to 3,710 per sq ft and in Yamuna Expressway, the average value varies from Rs 2,810 to 3,550 per sq ft.
