The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority is set to launch its building plan, investment and allottee portals on May 6. With the portals in place, the design, development and implementation of the online map submission, automated building plan scrutiny and approval system will be available online to the allottees.
The online plan will be inaugurated by Rama Raman, chairperson of GNIDA, at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida. Currently, the online facility is on trial, officials said. With the online facility in place, allottees will not have to visit the Authority office to get their work done and will be able to get them done from anywhere. The goal is to ensure speed, effectiveness and transparency, officials said.
Explaining the facilities, GNIDA officials said the aim of the portal was to be a one-stop shop for all information possibly needed by investors, allottees and public. The objective is to make the working of the administration simpler, transparent, accountable and responsive. The public- government interface will look into the needs of the citizens in a time-bound manner, said officials.
