Where is the slowdown in Indian Realty? NCR Sales beats all speculations and reports

New Delhi: Various reports and views have been suggesting that the NCR realty is suffering from slowdown and the there are lacs of unsold inventory. Amidst all the speculations we decided to take a first hand information from few developers who have been working in NCR for sometime now.
Ajnara India Ltd, a group which has been functioning since over two two decades has got projects in all the prominent locations of Noida and Noida Extension. On being asked about the slowdown, Ashok Gupta, CMD of the group said that, "all speculations and reports are very far off from ground reality. The demand is good and all the ready to move houses have been sold already. We have been selling a good number and people with queries keep coming. The numbers which these reports suggest is of the projects which have been recently launched or will be getting launched. A buyer must do a ground research before getting drifted away by any such reports. In fact we haven't even reduced prices and are planning rather to increase them to benefit our existing buyers."
Gulshan Homz, a renowned name in NCR realty has been consistently achieving high numbers in terms of their sales. Deepak Kapoor, Director of the company says, "neither the sentiments are negative nor are the sales. A percentage of people have chosen to wait and watch otherwise there is still a good demand. All our projects are doing good. And anyone with a good brand image and quality deliveries in past has to to do good always. We have recently launched our club in one of our projects and are receiving rave reviews from all the buyers."
JM Housing, another prominent name in NCR realty is the one whose reports are completely against the market trend as projected by many. Rupesh Gupta, Director of the organisation says,"we have constantly sold good number of units and touched triple figures last month. There is no negativity in the market and every buyer should understand that this is the right time to invest as the prices will get increased soon."
Another prominent group, RG Group also refuted any negativity in the market. Aman Gupta, a young director of RG Group says, "people keep coming asking for purchase. Moreover because our project is ready to move-in, the demand for them have increased drastically. Which clearly shows that the demand has not gone down. The faith might have got shaken but the sector is sure to bounce back strongly."
Saya Group, a new entrant in the league of developers with strong delivery has recently launched a another project in Indirapuram. Vikas Bhasin, MD of the group when asked said, "amidst all speculations our project received overwhelming response from buyers. Propel have literally queued up to book their dream homes. Looking at the scenario I can say that any good project by a good developer will surely sell under any situations because there is still a huge unsatisfied demand."
Rhythm Ccounty, a new entrant with a musical theme project and climbing up the ladder has also been performing quite decently. Amit Chaudhary, MD of the company says, "any good product will sell under any circumstances. We are concentrating heavily on timely delivery and creating a landmark. And with the start of this financial year, our sales have been decent and we have been achieving  good numbers every month."
Ansal Housing, a name which reminds of a legacy also completely refuted the reports of negativity in the NCR realty. Kushagr Ansal, whole-time Director of the group says,"the market has never been negative but due to certain misdeeds in certain regions have made the people more conscious. People are still purchasing good projects from renowned developers. The buyer just wants his house and anyone who can deliver, will always sell good numbers" he concluded.
