Uttam Nagar offers maximum housing units

Further, Gramin Sewa Autos are also available on Main Road from Dwarka Mod to Uttam Nagar East. Uttam Nagar offers a mix of residential housing options right from builder floor, single floor apartments, plots, villas, multi-story apartments and residential houses. The locality is witnessing traction from home buyers owing to the re-development of homes. Many existing home buyers have redeveloped their homes from one floor to three floors to either rent or sell the second and third floors.

Roads and InfrastructureThe National Highway 58 directly connects the locality with Gurgaon and Dwarka. Further, the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway ensures smooth and swift connectivity of the area with Noida. As Uttam Nagar ahs originated from unauthorised colonies, the locality does not offer luxurious homes but enjoys similar connectivity and equipped social infrastructure like nearby developed localities such as Vikaspuri and Janakpuri.  Various schools, hospitals, banks, community centre, retail stores and day to day convenience stores can be found within the area.
