India International Property Awards-2015, which is supposedly India's biggest real estate awards and also India's first people's choice awards have announced their 2015 awards's location and date. The organising committee has announced that 2015 edition realty awards will be held in Delhi and by the second last week of September which would mark the advent of festive season of 2015.
IIPA 2015, as discussed is projected to be India's biggest real estate award due to its reach where marketing partners will comprise of multiple news channels, newspapers, magazines, digital portals and will also comprise of a lot of outdoor campaign which will increase the visibility of the participants. The OC (organising committee) for IIPA has also decided to join hands with any of the big online realty portals for conducting the online polling which would result in the clearance of 1st step for the nominees. The name of the same would be announced soon. ICCPL, a renowned brand & PR consulting firm has been chosen to schedule the marketing campaign. Talks are on for choosing the marketing cum selling partner who would look after the sponsorship sells along with other partners.
IIPA 2015 is going to have 3 parameters for a nominee to win an award in which the first step is online polling, second step will be the rating process of individual projects and companies with the rating partner and final decision will then lie with the jury members. Added to this is the gamut of marketing plans which will surely make the awards one of the most trusted & also one of the most visible awards in Indian Real Estate.
